2. Requirement
We ask the questions a good designer would: who cooks, how often, do two people cook at once, where does the water line sit. Nothing about SKUs yet.
3. Design
The layout engine proposes templates that actually fit your room shape — Straight, L-Shaped, U-Shaped, Parallel or Island — with a second prep zone where it makes sense.
4. Configuration
Shutters, carcass, hardware, countertop, appliances, accessories. Guided Mode shows options curated for your tier; Expert Mode unlocks the full catalogue.
5. Pricing
Every change moves the number in front of you — cabinetry, hardware, appliances, countertop and installation as separate lines, with GST shown per category.
6. Quotation
A line-item quotation you can share with your family for review. Your price is locked for 15 days, regardless of catalogue movement.
7. Approval
A designer reviews the configuration for buildability before you approve. Then a 25% advance opens the project.
8. Site verification
A site engineer confirms your exact dimensions and records floor, lift and access conditions that may adjust installation pricing — in person, never guessed.
9. Production & installation
Procurement, factory production and installation, tracked milestone by milestone. Typically 4–5 weeks for Essential, 8–12 for Luxury.
10. Digital Kitchen Passport
At handover you get a permanent digital record of your exact kitchen — every product, warranty and care instruction, with a Need service? button attached.
